Our client is a blue chip services business and have recently experienced an exciting time of transformation and change. A new role as Head of Brand has been created for a Brand expert to join the business and lead Brand strategy.
This position will play a critical role in creating a leading, distinctive customer brand that supports building long-term sustainable value by guiding customers through an increasingly complex market. The role will lead a team to facilitate brand strategy and execution, ensuring that all elements of the brand experience are impactful, consistent and aligned. This role will also be responsible for taking the business to the next phase of its evolution. A lot of very good work has already been done so this will require creativity and conceptual thinking to take it to a level in line with the organisation’s ambitions. In addition, this role will also look after the Partnerships/Sponsorships portfolio strategy and proactively develop, manage and leverage the sponsorship program markets to support and enhance it’s reputation in the community.
The role will require strong stakeholder engagement, transparency, and collaboration, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide thought leadership on Brand related areas.
The successful candidate will present with strong Brand leadership, strategy and execution in a complex and commercial environment, understand brand metrics, tracking and insights. Strong business and financial acumen with regards to the effectiveness of Brand and Marketing programs is essential. A proven people leader, strong communication skills, team oriented, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential to succeed in this role.
